Now your budget can determine which direction you are able to take. The direction you plan to take is determined by your budget. You can go the pre-order route or inventory . This could also determine equipment or extra small nick nacks such as stickers , thank you cards and packaging.
Manufactures, POD or blanks
This is where you have to choose to go the route of using a manufacture ( local / overseas ) or using local supplied blanks ( some may require you making an account to be a merchant ) or print on demand which is a free way to do your brand.
Equipment
Now if you're going the blanks route you will need some sort of printing service or equipment. You can source screen printing / embroidery services from local companies or purchase a heat press and vinyl cutter. To eliminate the vinyl cutter you can use local businesses that create supa color heat transfers. You provide them the design and they create the vinyl and ship it to you.
Social Awareness
After creating your garment. give them out to friends and family to take photos with them wearing your products. Create videos to and post them everywhere you can , insta, facebook, tiktok and so on. Building a social presence is important. Social proof is an important step in providing proof you are legit.
